About

Hello! Sadie here- Welcome to Planning More Adventures!

I am a sports medicine physical therapist who is also very drawn to and excited about exploring as many parts of the world as possible. With that said, our weekly life includes scheduled hours of non-travel related jobs and kid school schedules. We do not travel for a living but prioritize it in our yearly family plans.

I always appreciate and value the information I gather from other travel websites and it’s time for me to contribute. I also love to gather first-hand knowledge of the places I plan to visit from family, friends, and often patients. Nothing is better than talking about travel during a physical therapy session :). Because I love to talk travel, I also often get questions about the places we have traveled. In the past, I have always passed on the information via a good old Word document. The time has arrived to explore having a website!

This website is still very much in the early stages of production and I have a newfound appreciation for anyone who has put together a website, like really! Please feel free to reach out with feedback or other great tips worth adding to the destination pages!

This website was created to efficiently pass out travel planning information.

I love first hand travel tips and love sharing them with others.

The information is in no way meant to represent all the information about a certain destination.

The content comes from information we learned while planning and taking our own family vacations.

We love nature and adventure and try to see as much as we can on each vacation. I always tell my family they can relax for free when we get home. When on vacation we are busy most days. My itineraries may seem busy but they work for us. I will add a few “relaxing” vacations in the list in the upcoming weeks!

We also plan while working with our limitations including: limited vacation time with jobs, working around kids school schedules and figuring out how much we can budget for vacation each year. Yes we need to finish the basement, but lets go to … instead 🙂

Thank you for visiting!
